1. Recommended amount: 8-10 drops, 30 minutes before bedtime.
2. Use pure, apply on the desired part of the body and hold for at least 1-2 minutes. Avoid contact with eyes.
3. If necessary, gradually increase the amount of drops. But no more than 40 drops per day.
