Insert the PhenoPen cartridge into the top of the device. The cartridge has built-in magnets to hold it securely and firmly in place. Make sure the PhenoPen device is fully charged before using it for the first time. To turn on the PhenoPen, place your lips around the mouthpiece and inhale lightly. The device will turn on and vibrate. Then you can pull. Do it slowly at first to avoid severe irritation and coughing. Pull for about a second the first time. Inhale and hold for a few seconds before exhaling. This will allow the body to absorb the CBD. The recommended daily dose varies from person to person and depends on factors such as body weight, body chemistry and individual experience with PhenoPen. If the desired effect is not achieved within the first two or three days of using PhenoPen, you can gradually increase the dose until you achieve the desired result.
